  • Be a part of a growing network of food entrepreneurs chasing their dreams- just like you! Entrepreneurship can be lonely. Many of our members learn from each other and share the things they’ve learned. We believe a rising tide lifts all boats!

  • We are invested in the growth and success of your business. We are available to meet 1-on-1 for individualized support for businesses at any stage. We offer a wide range of support services including business development, marketing, licensing, and technical assistance. We also offer group classes and educational resources.

  • Stop spending hours washing dishes and be amazed by the crown jewel of our kitchen. Yes, it really does clean your dirty dishes in 90 seconds! Clean-up becomes a breeze with our included dishwasher, rags, chemicals, and aprons.

  • Kitchen manager Alhen is a Good Manufacturing Practices Certified expert. He supports manufacturing businesses, especially during the TDA permitting process.

The process of getting your TDA license can be overwhelming. Our experienced kitchen team is available to support you through the process.

  • As a member, you have the opportunity to sell at our frequent markets. They are great opportunities to sell at a low-pressure event with our team supporting you. We’ve also had members hand out samples for product feedback.

There are also opportunities to sell via food delivery services, pop ups, and more with collaboration from Real Good Kitchen.

Join us in increasing food access in our local neighborhood.

  • As a food business incubator, we connect our members with our network for learning, mentorship, sales and other opportunities. Your success is our success!

  • Our community of food businesses often work together to make new products or additional revenue streams. For example, alumnus Treetop Coffee Shop carries multiple Real Good Kitchen made products!

  • You don't need commercial kitchen experience to be successful. We're available to help with your recipes, food safety production practices, catering strategies, commercial equipment training, and more.

  • Imagine doubling or tripling your production output in the same amount of time! Our equipment and expertise helps our members work more efficiently.

  • Use our wholesale food distributors to help lower your food costs. We accept deliveries from distributors 24/7 for our members, so you don’t need to be in the kitchen.

You can even utilize group sourcing with other members of the kitchen for more savings.

  • We make it easy for you to dispose of your waste quickly and as sustainably as possible. We offer trash, recycling, compost, grease, and grey water disposal at our facility.

Add your compostables to our bins and they’ll make their way to Battlefield Farms- a community farm in East Knoxville. The grease you dispose of turns into biofuel at Green Energy Biofuels.
